After installing SolidWorks 2016 SP02 all my SW..... fonts are missing. Where can I the SW fonts?
All text and dimensions on my drawings are in the wrong font.
The SW fonts are just the fonts that are in your Windows Fonts folder (control panel > fonts). Have a look in that folder and check the fonts you want to use are there.
Here is a copy of the relevant area in my fonts folder, the SWIsop1 Regular that you see is one that I downloaded. We have 3 workstations that was upgraded to SW2016 SP02 and on all 3 of them the SW fonts are missing. It look like SolidWorks uninstalled the fonts because the time stamp of the fonts folder shows that it have been modified on the date that SolidWorks was updated.
I have a similar problem.
Our default font used to be SWRomans. This font does not exist any longer as a selection.
I checked in the windows font and it is not there either. I do see a Roman Regular font that I would like to try but not sure how to get it into solidworks.
How do i get the old SWRomans font back?
Here you go.....
I initiated an SR with SolidWorks for this problem and it was verified and issued to the development team as:
SPR 949830 (Updating to SOLIDWORKS 2016 deletes SOLIDWORKS fonts (SWXXX)).
It was originally logged under SR 1-10707831686

I'm getting the same error for "SWROMND". If you have this font, would you please upload a copy? Thanks!
check C:\Program Files\SolidWorks Corp\eDrawings\fonts, copy to your windows font folder.
SW does not seem to recognize opentype fonts, only truetype.
I am running into an issue with fonts as well. my SW will not recognize the fonts I have added to windows, in this case they are Minion and helvetica.
I can see and use the font in word but not in a note in solidworks.
