Yesterday I installed SWs 2014 SP4 and when I tried to get simulation faced with the empty simulation box.
What is the problem?
What version of SolidWorks do you have - perhaps you can run the full version of SolidWorks Simulation rather than Simulation xPress.
What Windows OS are you running on?
Do you have MS Excel installed on this machine and run at least once before installing SolidWorks?
Did you install SolidWorks with UAC and anti-virus temporarily disabled?
Thanks for response;
I have SolidWorks 2014 service pack 4 x64, and windows 10.
Yes I have Microsoft Excel and use it everyday.
No I didn't disable anything.
What I meant is are you running base version, student version or any version that has the full SolidWorks Simulation?
I afraid to say but I don't know. that's all that I found.
This could be due to a known conflict with Microsoft KB3072630. Please visit this page for more information.
