Testing the Lift and Drag of Airfoils

Question asked by Raghu Bharadwaj on Feb 20, 2016

I'm trying to run simulations on an airfoil (NACA 2412) to test the lift and drag of the as well as the maximum angle of attack of the airfoil. As I increase the angle of attack, the airfoil doesn't seem to stall. In fact, I had to increase the angle of attack to 50 Degrees for the lift to finally start decreasing. Why is this happening? I've tried everything from changing the size of the airfoil to trying a different airfoil and getting the same results.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
