Sorry but I won't recommend messing with the database. And also I'm not sure if editing the database would help in changing the configuration name.
It looks like you are using SW2015.
If so, you can change the configuration name at the time you use it in the assembly.
I also would not recommend messing with the database. You could just add a column and describe the quality there.

NN: First N means no washer and second N means simplified threads.
You might have to edit the database to add that 8.8. You can also add another property and set the value with config name and 8.8.
