I am still trying to learn.

I am trying this project, and two bodies overlap, and part of one body should be removed, I tried intersect, but obviously it's either the wrong tool, or I am doing it wrong.

Please take a look at the images, and the attched file.

The attached file has errors, because I removed other bodies to lighten the file, if needed I can attach the full file.
