Upgraded to PDM Professional 2016 and now cannot save PDFs

We recently upgraded to SW PDM Professional SP1 and we now cannot change anything with PDF files.

This is the message we receive when we try to save the data card after making any change.

Our VAR is looking into it, but does anyone have any ideas?...
