Hello all,

I have a function in a VB.NET AddIn that adds a Stacked Balloon to a Drawing View. This works great.

What I'd like to do now is programmatically select that newly inserted Annotation (which I can do), then put it into the mode where it can be dynamically placed/positioned by the user.

Very similar to manually inserting an Item Bubble, where you first click the item, then dynamically position it where you want it.

It's the dynamically positioning part I'm not sure how to do programmatically.
