Extrude cut in assembly giving error

I have an assembly including extrude cut thru 2 parts

Each time I open assembly, I got error from the sketch of the extrude cut.

If I edit the sketch and exit without any change, then the error will be gone

Any idea what causes this problem and how to fix it
