Physical dynamics in motion study

Is it possible to allow physical interactions/dynamics in a motion study? Basically, I have two spring-loaded parts in a fixed housing, where one is is driven by a motor, and I'd like to make use of Motion Study's 'Spring' setting so that I won't need to model my own springs. However, I'd like the spring-loaded parts to physically interact in the study. I know Physical Dynamics are available in Model (with Move Component), but are they available in Motion Study?
