Hi Scott, with SolidWorks Professional or higher, there is a utility available called SolidWorks Costing, which may help you with your requirements.

Prasad, unfortunately my company is sitting on 6 seats SW, all Standard, and no hopes of upgrading other than to go to 2016. I have asked SW if we can get the Costing add-in as a standalone and was told that I cannot. Have to upgrade.
Deepak, that is what we are looking for. We are starting to get into a lot of 3D surfaced parts and fixtures. And our quoting on these type jobs are at the core, a basic guess at best. We haven't lost money on any of them yet, but we were told that we needed to be more competitive.
I was informed that one of our farm shops uses Mastercam and that he can simply open a part solid and Mastercam will give him machine time, setup time, cycle time, something along those lines that he then uses to quote his jobs.
