There are plenty of aluminum profiles (sharp corners) below that size:

But the steel tubing seems to end at 2x2x0.1875.

Any help finding STANDARD STEEL SQUARE AND RECTANGULAR TUBING structural member profiles (with radius'ed corners) below 2x2x0.1875 would be greatly appreciated!
