I would like to add a Mate Reference to our bolts and shafts that will use the Lock Rotation with Concentric option checked.

That way when we use the Design Library, we can drag and drop the parts we need and have them mate automatically.

I can make it add concentric mates, but I can't seem to find a way to make them Lock Rotation automatically.

I don't want to set the global Lock Concentric Rotation in our assembly because we do a lot of concentric mates that need to rotate.
