Whenever I click in the workspace (3d space) I get the strange occurrence seen below like it is zooming in on the UI. It gets larger each time I click, to the point you see below. It goes away if I refresh the view.

I think this has to do with Windows 10 scaling, but I am unsure. This is a new PC with a Quadro M4000 but I've used Solidworks 2016 with Windows 7 without issues on this same setup. I am using 4k displays. The problem goes away if I use software rendering.
