I have been able to make circular patterns of all my previous features but when I try to do the same for the wrap and swept cuts features the circular pattern feature denies me from doing so. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and Solidworks doesn't tell me. Thank you.
Hello Edward... You are correct SW won't let you do a circular pattern on the cut sweep with guide curves. I learned something too. I noticed that if I removed the guide curves and did the circular pattern with the "Geometry" option it did work. I did this a couple of other ways using "Cut-Thicken" and also Swept Boss (not merge-circular pattern using bodies) and then "Combine/Subtract". I noticed that if you zoom in close on your file you will see that the swept cut with the guide curve goes a bit squirrely.
See if this works for you. You do get a slightly different look at the groove transitions but you don't have the squirrely thing going on.
Thank you, once again Dennis. You must be man who runs these parts. I realized that I had a guide path on one of my swept cut features and that's what was stopping me from being able to revolve the feature. I also noticed the squiggly lines on the path. Without the guide it still has inconsistent depths, then again, I'm not sure if that's just poor rendering. Thank you once again Dennis, hopefully I could be as good as you one day.

I would model just 1/7th of the part/body
(the one with all features)
and then pattern the body 7 times
