hi all,

i require help using flow simulation to compare loss of pressure of ducted fan system at straight line airflow and when airflow is at an angle.

i had seen a tutorial which uses the fan as a rotating area. this is done by extruding area of fan but im not sure what to set as boundary surfaces etc. however, i was told that the fan could be replaced by a fan in solidworks flow simulation, but i dont know which one to use and how to set up the simulation ie global goals, boundary surfaces etc.

any help would be greatly appreciated
