I am beginner in composer . Can anyone help me how to insert 2 view (like 3 standard view in Drawing ) in composer . Now i have one view in area and want to have 2 view .
One thing you could do is:
You should now find in your assembly tree in Composer that the file with the 3 instances is available, and you can turn them on and display them all at once.
Tip on updating:
If you find later that you need to update your assembly; (maybe import updated metadata or a change of parts), I've found the fastest way is to
I realize that sounds like a lot of clicks and steps, but when it comes to larger CAD files, I've found this workflow faster than the Update method where Composer opens SolidWorks and uses the *SLDASM file to update your *smg.
I also try to make a copy of assembly but it is not desirable. I want to have isometric and front view like in drawing .
do you want all 3 standard views in 1 view, or you can work with different views ?
Tanks for your reply . I want 3 view Automatically in 1 view (like when we use standard 3 view in drawing )
Adel, unfortunately, composer doesn't have this type of facility present in SolidWorks.
If the purpose is only arranging display of the component, then you can try changing the layout option to 4 panes. See if it can help you.
If anyone has any idea , please help me .
It is very good trick , but i wish the composer has an ability to arrange the view (like when we working in drawing )
best regard .
