I have multibody welment parts and curved stair. i unfold outer stringer and attached some extra piece of plate on that but after this operation i cannot fold it back.

Hi Muhammad... Lofted bends don't like bosses added onto curves (bends) so I made your stringer wider then cut out the section we don't want. I have attached your file and it still has your boss in it but suppressed so you can see everything still lines up as you intended. I also added a fold with no issues.
ok! so instead to add extra material we can use extrude cut.

is there any other way to create stringers(unfoldable) in SW ?
like to create vertical line 200 height then use revolve around an axis.
I can't think of a way to do that other than what you did by using a loft bend.
