Ho are you saving all other file, I mean with what name and what is the location?
There is no direct way but I'm thinking a macro might work.
So the model would be saved as
Assembly 1.SLDDRW (Configuration Dwg #1)
Configuration 2. SLDDRW
Configuration 3. SLDDRW
Configuration 4. SLDDRW
Configuration 5. SLDDRW
So when I'm in Assembly 1.SLDASM and I'm looking at Configuration 4 when I right click open drawing I want it to open Configuration 4.SLDDRW not Assembly1.SLDDRW.
No, not possible. "Open drawing" really has no intelligence. All it does is look inside the same folder as the assembly for a drawing file with the same name. Parts and assemblies don't "know" what drawings they are used in. Only the drawing knows what is in it. As Deepak said, a macro to read the current configuration and then look in the same folder for a drawing with that name would be pretty trivial.
