I created the drawing using the custom (not default) template.
When I add the new sheet to my drawing it is based on default template, not the used one.
Please advise it is normal behavior?
I hope I would have at least a chance to chose the template I am up to add.

Just one tiny note.
Seems like SW is really free on caps letters.
When I saved my Sheet Format as A3 – ISO GM, I’ve got it in small but A3 GM went well.
This is not SW but windows thing. Have you ever save A3 – ISO GM earlier in small letters? If yes then sometimes window remembers that even if you delete the file. I've seen this behavior many times outside of SOLIDWORKS
Try saving as A3 – ISO GM2 and check
It might be up to Windows, or I would rather say about relationships between SW and Windows.
For example I never had such experience in Inventor, it is very meticulous about those details.
Here is another example of similar trick in SW.
It could be but again these are not always the case, so I'm not sure of exact reason.
