When I import a part into SolidWorks, the part color or colors are the same as the original colors that were exported by the designer. Now when I run FeatureWorks or direct editing or import diagnostics, that part always changes to a dark green color and I can't seem to find where this setting is controlled. Can anyone suggest a solution?
Check the Tools > Options > Document Properties > Model Display box to see if colours have been assigned to
individual feature types.

I figured that out after I posted. Funny thing though, If I don't check the "Ignore feature colors" the shading colour reverts to the same colour that I have set for "Sketches-Inactive" in the system colours. I set my inactive sketches colour to dark green (dark turquoise) and my shading colour will revert to that also. But if I check the Ignore feature colors box it's fine. Thanks for the reply.
