Do I have to have a premium version in order to open assemblies with routing?

Greetings,

My company recently purchased (2) professional solidworks seat licenses. I worked for a company prior to this who had premium versions of SW. I am currently trying to open assemblies creating routing(s) and I'm running into some issues. It looks as though the routing(s) are searching for components (elbows, reducers) etc. that aren't included in the download I was sent. When the routing is performed, does solidworks continue to link these fittings ONLY through the routing add-on library, or do these parts exist in my clients library somewhere. I know I should reach out directly to the client, but we are on different continents and have a serious time adjustment issue. Thank you in advance.
