Hi,
how can I know if a part is completely constrained with fixtures in the Simulation or not?
for example: in Attach you finde one question in Solidworks simulation exam,is it fully constrain? and why?.
Thanks

If not properly constrained, the study will not run and give an error.
If it doesn't run: turn on 'Soft Springs' and look which part displaces very much (unrealisticly high). This part is probably not constrained properly. Constrain it the way it should be, turn off soft springs again, and run it again.
Other way is just to use common sense.
I can't remember where I read it but I've seen where some people with run a frequency or vibration test to see how the parts move together. If I find the document that discussed this I will attach a link.
In 2016 there is a new feature in simulation called 'find underconstrained bodies'. This show if there are unconstrained DOF in your study.
In this case I would say that its fully constrained
