Re-booted - still didn't work.
Uninstalled, removed Hkey_Current_User\Software\Solidworks and Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Solidworks.

Installed - Somehow, it already had serial number populated even though I did uninstall and regedit - still didn't work.
Uninstalled, removed Hkey_Current_User\Software\Solidworks and Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Solidworks.
Removed all soliworks folders from C:\Program Files
Re-booted
Cleaned registry.
Turned antivirus off
