I am having trouble filleting the edges of this blade. See attached for model. The fillet works at smaller radi, but I want the .150" Radius? The fillet works fine when done in Pro-E?
With some tweaking of the surface creation I was able to get a nice clean fillet.

I was able to add the .150R if I did it it two features,
Your right it does work on the sample file I attached, with the 2 feature approach...unfortunately it does not work on my base model.
I also have a 17 blade pattern, but blade spacing is enough that there is no lap with fillets.
*I down saved the attached model to loose some proprietary features from the model.
Good suggestion/solution, even though it does not make any sense to a typical user.
I believe the problem/answer is in an algorism or two. When one contiguous edge is selected, the topology is too difficult for the algorithm to compute. By choosing one edge and creating a fillet, the subsequent selection to create a second fillet is now using a different set of algorithms based on different topology.
I have also found that if you select a loop or set of edges using tangency, you may be unsuccessful in creating a fillet but if you select each edge independently, you may have success. Go figure!
There are many rules for creating fillets & rounds; ...my favorite is, "Large fillets first, smallest last." This plays right into the "topology" thing!
Can you live with adding one small fillet first (0,015") ?
Great suggestion, it has sparked an idea! Where you inserted the fillet, is actually an intersection of 2 surfaces that are tangent. I create the blade using surfaces and imported curves. I am going to try to make the surfaces tangent, that may resolve with fillet.
It might be a translation issue. I saved your file out as an iges, opened it and was able to put the .150 fillet on it. I was not able to do that prior to exporting. 2014 file attached.
