So I made changes to my assembly (which was created in 2013) and when I look at the BOM, it wasn't updating, so I deleted it, and reinserted a new one.....and I get this.
No description shows up. It doesn't indicate that any parts have been ballooned yet (I tried going back and adding new balloons) and look at my qty in my right two columns, they are rotated 90 degrees.
Anyone know what's going on here?

Well I'll answer my own question:
When we installed SW2015 we needed to uninstall SW2013. Doing this apparently didn't delete our default folder location for solidwork files which are located in the ProgramFiles/SolidWorks Corp/Solidworks/Lang/Eng. It created a second folder called SOLIDWORKS(2) with the new files in it but when you go to the "systems options" our "file locations" were pointed to the old file path and not the new SOLIDWORKS(2) folder
