I had the student version on my laptop, and now I have a job
thatuses the full version. Everything works the same except
whenI print a drawing it has the " for educational purposesonly"
still printing. How can I get that to go away??
Assuming you're talking about the DWGEditor program, you
probably won't be able to get rid of that watermark.
I'm assuming that DWGeditor handles the student edition DWGs the
same way that AutoCAD does: by watermarking any drawing that's ever
been touched by a student edition.
If that's the case: you're stuck with that stamp on any drawing
you've ever saved using the student version. This is how Autodesk
enforces the 'not for commercial use' stipulation in the student
edtion license agreement.
My strong advise to you, now that you're using a commerical copy is
that you pack up all of your student version work, burn it to a CD
and delete it off your lap-top. Otherwise you run the risk of
introducing that water mark into your commerical environment.

Try this;
Start a new Drawing in the full version of SolidWorks.
Open the Drawing created in the Student Version.
Copy and Paste the Drawings views from the Student version to the Full Version.
Since I don't have the Student version myself, I can't try this myself.
Good Luck.
