Method to get sketched lines from "unfolded" view to show on "folded view" for sheet metal part

Good morning All,

Not sure of the correct method to get lines that I sketch on a flat pattern in the part to remain on the proper curve after its unfolded instead of on a flat plane not following the curve.  Basically (see below), I was able to extrude cut the outer holes by unfolding the simple part and sketching two circles on the plate and extrude cutting them then folding the part back up.  I tried this same method with the dial gage lines but since its only a sketch and not feature, when the part is folded back up the sketched lines stay on a flat plane.  For the drawing, I simply sketched lines on the flat pattern view but it would have been nice to get the lines sketched on the actual part model itself so that on the iso view, the lines on the curve could be seen.  Any suggestions are appreciated.  I've attached my part file for reference.  The drawing file as mentioned is nothing special, the lines were sketched on the flat pattern view but are not in the model at all.  Thanks in advance.
