I am getting this dialog box error show up when I try opening a file from windows explorer or EPDM search. I have done a complete uninstalled and reinstall of Solidworks and EPDM and still happened after that. Sometimes I get the dialog box, other times nothing happens. Anyone know what the problem might be? It seems to me like it would be a Windows problem. These problems happened after a crash. I am on Solidwork 2015 SP 4.0. I tried updating to 5.0 but still happened. Now I am back on 4.0. Thanks in advance for any help. my VAR was no help to me, they said to open things through the open command in Solidworks and there is an open case for it that has been open for a long time.

In trying from the EPDM search menu I get this error also.
