View orientation preview window overlaps view selection cube. Is there anyway to move it out of the way?
View orientation preview window overlaps view selection cube. Is there anyway to move it out of the way?
Has anyone ever found a solution to this issue? I'm running 2016 and have the exact same behavior, making the view selector a completely unusable gadget. The only views I can reliably grab are the ones that I could just shortcut to, or grab off the view window to begin with.
I didn't have this problem with 2015 on my old computer... I can't tell if it's a software thing or a graphics driver thing, but I have checked and do not have a "center dialogs" option engaged anywhere that I can find.
Hi Bryan,
See this thread. The only problem we are aware of this with this was fixed in SOLIDWORKS 2016 SP04 and that was only at DPI of over 100%.
I love the helpful popup displays! NOT!
Are you still seeing the problem in SOLIDWORKS 2016 SP04?
Thanks,
Jim
Might be a bug, please report it to your VAR.
What version of SW are you using and what are your dpi settings ? If you have dpi settings of 125% or higher try to set it to 100% and check if it makes any difference.
