I'm trying to create patterns of extruded cuts with the initial features removed (see attached). I could make the patterns some other way but it would be far easier if I could create the patterns, then suppress or delete the initial feature. But I can't seem to find a way to do this with out deleting or suppressing the entire pattern. It seems this must be a common issue but I can't find anything online. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
