I have been having an issue with duplicate file names. We recently made the jump from 2014 to 2015 so that may have something to do with it. I've had a few coworkers create files in the vault and the warning screen for duplicate file name comes up. The "existing" files are not listed in the warning dialog box and when I perform a search in the entire vault for that specific file name it comes up with nothing. I did find a temporary work around by logging into the admin tool and temporarily allowing duplicate file names, creating a copy of the file, renaming and deleting the old file, relinking references, and then blocking duplicate file names in the admin tool immediately after. Just curious if anyone has seen this issue before and if there is something I can do to fix this.
