Does EDPM issue license for e-drawings professional

Customer installs Enterprise PDM and is not getting e-drawings professional so he can you the measure tool

Would appreciate any information

Hi Robert, every license of EPDM has eDrawings Professional included. Is your customer using SolidWorks as well? If so he may have installed edrawings as part of the SolidWorks installation, and EPDM is using that to preview inside the vault view.

You could ask your customer to uninstall edrawings by modifying his SolidWorks installation, and then modifying the EPDM installation to include eDrawings.
