Why is my training status not updating

I am logged in to MySolidworks. I have completed several of the training session, but the status remains "Not Started".

 

I have cookies enabled. I have tried both IE & Firefox browsers, but nothing seems to work.

 

When I reach the end of the lesson and pass the test, there are no options to select except the 'Retry' button.

 

What am I missing? What have I done wrong?
