I model about 30-50% of my threaded parts with cut threads using swept cuts. I always hated the last portion of the cut and the sharp corner. Then I remember a trick taught to me as a young machinist. Don't cut from the outside of the part, create a 360 degree sweep of the thread profile at the farthest/deepest thread position on the shaft. Then cut the thread out to the end of the shaft. It will look so much cleaner. Yes you will likely have to reverse the thread direction but give it a shot, that is if you're a stickler for a great looking thread. If you don't like the overhead use the cosmetic thread feature.
