Hello,

My company uses SolidWorks to create its fab prints, and we save all those prints as PDFs.  There are several fields in these prints which we leave blank and fill out manually each time (part qty, job number, etc.).  The prints are almost always printed from the PDF rather than from SolidWorks.  I was wondering if it was possible to include form fields in the PDF as a way to help automate the process of filling these values?

I would prefer not to have to print from SolidWorks or generate a new PDF each time these are run.  However, if making a fillable PDF isn't within SolidWorks' capabilities, can you recommend any other software or procedure for accomplishing this?
