I need to orient these pruners, such that the line bisecting the blades and/or handles' vertex is horizontal.

I know that I can rotate a part using the arrow keys or SHIFT+arrow keys (for 15 deg or 90 deg rotations, respectively), in order to rotate in multiple directions, but I don't know what hot keys to use to reorient the part to make it roll clockwise/counter-clockwise.

I don't want to use my mouse's middle button because inevitably the part will also roll back or forward into the page. I need to keep the part straight up and down.

Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!
