How do I create an exploded weldment? The weldment is a part. This would be easy with an assembly but the customer wants it as a part file.

I created a weldment as a part file. I need to explode it to showit that way on a drawing. How can i do this? I know it would be easy as an assembly. Any suggestions. I am running 2014 sp5
