I'm having a problem of making a roll with complex pattern. I am able to make the pattern in flat space. Now, I am trying to roll it using flex feature. Solidworks crashes when I did this. Any suggestions? I attach the file. THANKS

I would start this part as a rolled part using the Base Flange with an open arc. Once you have the rolled part then use the Unfold command and add in your pattern. After you have the pattern made then use the Fold command to roll it up again. It will have to be a single solid body, I see that you have some bodies that are dangling off the part. If I get time I will try to put your pattern on a part.
This is not your pattern but should give you an idea on how to do it.
