I have typically used contacts when I need to simulate friction, but contacts come with a lot of computational baggage.  I would rather just add this to the mates.  Concentric mates don't seem to allow friction to be added.  Anyone know why this is? Perhaps I am doing something silly that prevents me seeing the option.
