Can I make configuration based on more that 1 driving dimension?
In the below image, based on my different Class of flange I am planning to make configuration.
Each flange is having ''n'' number of ''Nominal Bore'' size and each ''NB'' side is having variation in thickness (schedule).
Can I make these 2 variants in a single configuration file based on different Class of flange?

But what I am looking for is, based on your image;
The coupling configuration is having a dimension called advance and this advance dimension itself is having many different variant.
How can I incorporate it in one file?.
If I give another example;
when we insert a stud from toolbox into assembly, we can select the size of stud, at the same time we can select different length also for the selected size.
It sounds like you need derived configurations. I don't use them myself, but if you'll do a Search in SolidWorks Help you can find more information. After doing that, if you have more questions please come back here and I'm sure someone else will be able to help.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'm pretty sure the answer is yes. You can have multiple dimensions different for each configuration, if that's what you're asking. The simplest way is to Ctrl+select the dimensions you want to control, then right-click and choose "Configure dimension" from the drop-down. That will open a simplified design table with a row for each configuration and a column for each dimension you selected. You can assign a dimension in the table for each dimension in each configuration, and add additional configurations if you want. If you forgot a dimension you can double-click on it to add a column. If you will name the table and save it will be available for future edits. If you click OK without naming and saving the information you entered will remain, but the table itself will not be saved.
