Hello all,

I am trying to have the stiff hinge (found here: McMaster-Carr) become flexible. I looked through this forum and found two potential solutions and issues that I encountered:

1. Component Properties - click the 'Flexible' bubble in the 'Solve As' box. The 'Solve As' box is greyed out; I am unable to interact with it for some unknown reason. See attached below:

2. FeatureManager Design Tree - Click the 'Flexible or Rigid' button after right-clicking the rigid sub-assembly. It is simply non-existent.

Have you guys encountered this issue when downloading hinges or sub-assemblies in general from McMcaster-Carr? What was the solution, if any?
