I'm trying to reinstall Solidworks, but I'm unable to uninstall it.  I try to uninstall from Programs and Features, but I just get a blank white screen (see below).  I wait, but nothing happens.  I want to reinstall because I get errors all the time, but particularly because it crashes constantly when I'm in the drawing environment.  I think the initial installation may have been missing files (not sure). 

Even if I go directly to the installation manager ("check for updates") it's also a blank white screen.  Help please.
