I was wondering if anyone could help me out on how to make the assembly as shown in the drawing below. I have no problems with item 1 as it is a simple parts but the rest of the hose guide is made up of sheet metal with rounded corners and all of the sides flare outwards.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Just do it with sheet metal. Attached is a quick sample.

Would it be possible to save it to another format or possibly some screen shots of the steps taken to make the sample so I can see how you did it? I am running SW14 and yours is a later version so I can't open it.

Thanks for that.....I think I might have figured that part out already. The part I'm having the issue with is how to go about making the corners. All four of the walls flare out on each side but it then has radii in all the corners. Any idea on how to go about doing that?

Depends on what you want to do, see image. Don´t see it very well.
Do you want the corners and what about the middle ? How is it going to be manufactured, formed and then welded or ?
It is most likely going to be formed and welded. From what I can tell from the drawing it looks like only the corners on the flares on both sides (8 total) need the radii.

So far this is what I have. I am going to have to tweak the bottom piece so it fits better as I only did a quick try at it.

Some things starts quick and dirty and sticks for a long time. E.g. the "Quick and Dirty Operating System" DOS formerly known as QDOS.
You could always use the method I pointed out to you earlier Any ideas on how to make this shape out of sheet metal pieces?
i.e. Make the shape and model the pieces onto it.
Christopher,,, I made a solid model of something approximating the shape you show - material thickness. The dims are not exact but close. Did an offset surface (0) of top, bottom and sides then thickened (do not merge) to material thickness. Then did an "Insert Bends" on each thickened surface. You can flatten each one individually. I'm pretty sure this is how you should approach this. Attached a 2014 file. Perhaps this will give you some ideas.
Edit:.. You can easily modify the solid to get the dims you need.

Thanks so much for this. I will play around with it to see how it was done then try to recreate it myself to the correct dim's. I do not like to just take something someone else did as I'd rather learn how to do it and learn at the same time. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!
