Hello I have a question on 3D XML Player  version 16.7.14143, after I install this software on Windows 7 64 bit operating system

using internet explorer 11, I got this error, "3DXML Player has stopped working" and " CAT3DXML Optimizer has stopped working,

May I know what this issue all about and how to resolved this?
