I try to uncheck corner treatment in option>document prp. and teh save this setup to my template . but when i open new part and start sheet metal as you see the corner treatment be checked . why this happen?
I'm not exactly sure how that is done. Try editing your profile and see if you can get a pic to show in the avatar section.
I don't have that issue Adel. Are you sure the template you save is the same one you open? Try saving it to a unique name and make sure when you open a new part the name is the same.
Edit:.. No that couldn't be the problem since your Doc Properties show it unchecked. I'm going to work with this some more and hopefully after my second cup of coffee I can come up with something.
You aren't saving any Sheet-Metal information from your feature manager into your template are you?
Thanks Dennis for your fast reply.
I attach my template can you open it and create a simple sheet metal . See the problem
Adel,,, Delete the Sheet-Metal information from the tree then save the template and it works as expected. I have heard of people that use a template for sheet metal parts but I don't see a reason for it. I always make a base flange from my first sketch in order to start with sheet metal.
can u say why my picture is not show . i can see your face in froum
I get it.. That might screw up your design table and configurations. You may have to alter that.
