Is there some way to simulate a reiforced structure? For example Autodesk has a Simulation SW to make this.

You might be able to model the rebar inside concrete by sectioning out volumes within a solid and giving them different material values. However, the surface interactions would not be exact.
The attached model is my own effort to simulate a cantilevered beam made from reinforced concrete:
I experimented treating the rebar rods as solids or as beams but strangely the choice does not affect solving speed. I also wonder if it is correct to impose a bonded contact set between each rebar rod treated as beam and the face of surrounding cylindrical cavity in concrete.

It would certainly be easier to model the rebar as solid and have global bonding between it and the concrete. This would also solve faster. However, I suspect that a more realistic analysis would be significantly more complex with (micro)fracture allowed between the rebar and concrete matrix. I certainly wouldn't start with a 4x4 example w/out some serious confirmation by experimentation.
