Can I get the Model geometry data from eDrawings files?

The eDrawing files(*.eprt,*.easm,*.edrw) can be opened by eDrawings 2006,But I could not get the Geometry data (Points,edges..) from the eDrawings API, Are there any toolkits for us to directly parse the edrawings files(*.eprt,*.easm,*.edrw) to get them? or is the edrawing files format open and we can see the format document?
