How can we create water marks using composer?

I have created using the Text 2D and Image 2D by enabling the background option on the property manager.

But the problem is I cannot able to rotate both Text 2D and Image 2D. Reason why i want to rotate the text because I am trying to create Copy righter version in the diagonal direction. But i am unable to rotate the text 2D as well as Image 2D. So what i did was created an image using paint with diagonal text and save as jpg file and placed the image in the background.

I would like to know is there any other better way to do it?

Next issue is when i publish to 3D pdf, after creating the watermark using the text 2D in the published 3D pdf when i rotate the geometry the watermark disappears. If i save it as a normal pdf watermark is retained.

I am trying to publish 3D PDF with the watermark.

Hope to get workaround for this.
