I Want to flatten a revolved structure with extruded cut and scribes in it. i tried to Flatten after converting to sheet metal part but i can't flatten the part. Is there any other way to do that. Please find the attachments. I also tried bend feature after drawing the flattened surface separately but it's too complicated while folding 360 degree at 20 Angle.
Hi Deepak Gupta thank for the reply, it's also not working. If you can please modify the 3D model in Flat-Pattern with all the markings in it i want to show the positions of all markings in the development.

as you said,its difficult to make the model and unflatten.So another option may be to do calculations,obtain curved profile and then folding. i know theory part but couldnt do bending that curved profile.You may try that option.let me know if you get it right..
Usually we did like that by manual calculation. But having a real model is best to avoid the small issues of tolerances while manufacturing and assembly.
Sooraj,,, I tried to get what you are looking for. Apparently you want your split lines (circles) to show in the flat pattern. I'm not sure why you would want to do that but I'm sure you have your reasons. I found I could not split the faces and still flatten the part so I did cut extrudes thru the thickness. I also made another sheet metal body using lofted bends and your geometry. If you are planing to etch the circles in the flat pattern you can still use the thru cuts and the offset arcs in the flat pattern. I have attached a 2014 file. Looks like that is what you are using. Select Split Line5 in the cut list and flatten to view my part in flattened state. If nothing else this may give you some ideas. I did have to eyeball the CirPattern to a certain extent to line up with your model. It's really close.
Thank you very much for your reply Dennis Bacon. Its very nice, I think this is the only available solution right now. Sheet metal part only support through holes, In this case is scribe but that didn't work while flatten. So Those holes we can configure the depth in the flatten view & split lines also configure to active only in flatten view .
Make sure your cut feature is using normal cut option. Plus suppress the split feature
