Ctrl+select does not select more than one item at the time? Any suggestion on how to make the command work as was meant to work (multiple selection)?
Welcome to the forum. It does usually select multiple entities. What are you trying to select?
let say I try to select more than one dimension of a component in order to make a new configuration of it.
I assume you're selecting the dimensions from the graphics area, and then right-clicking and choosing "Configure Dimension" from the drop-down? If so, then that's one of the few times I'm aware of where I believe you're right. However, after selecting the first, then when the table comes up you can double-click on the dimensions to add them to the table.
Indeed this is the way to make a new configuration. My problem is that I can only select one dimension at the time If I want to change two or three dimensions simultaneously, ( as I can on my laptop or a different desktop,) I can't. This is a new computer with a new SW 2015 installation.
Hello Doru ,
I think during Selection you might have done a click in Graphic area instead of clicking the dimension. To be clear , Select Dimesions Filter , Hold down ctrl and select all the dimension you want to configure .
